Ham and Sweet Potato Packet
Ingredients
Cubed Ham
Cubed Sweet Potato
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Instructions
Cube all ingredients and place in a foil pack with butter, spray foil with non stick spray if desired and seal tightly. Cook on hot coals (not direct fire) for approximately 1/2 hour turning every 10-15 minutes.
