Campfire – Campfire Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
5 salmon steaks
4-5 Teaspoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup lemon juice
2-4 garlic cloves
salt and fresh ground pepper
2 t cumin
parsley

Instructions
Mix butter with garlic, salt, pepper and cumin. Salt and pepper salmon and place on a sheet of foil. Spread butter mixture on salmon and create foil pouch. Cook on grill over fire until fish flakes easily. Squeeze lemon over salmon.
